Hôtel sans prétention très propre. Le personnel est avenant et réponds à tous nos besoins. Une seule personne parle anglais. Le petit déjeuner est simple et bon avec 3 formules au choix. Le café est traditionnel vietnamien. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place pour 100k la journée Clim dans les chambres Eau chaude

Family-run homestay, quet, tastefully decorated, everything is clean, the room is very comfortable. The owners helped us arrange a ride to the airport early in the morning and even packed us breakfast for the road. Motorbike rental is available right at the Homestay. Beautiful place to stay

Hosts were amazing. They were very welcoming and keen to make our stay the best. Room was clean and comfortable, pool beautiful and cooling, breakfast options were very generous and prompt. Great location to everything Tam Coc has to offer. Would stay here again if we come back.

Very, very nice hotel. It is obvious that the owners are proud of their hotel - snd with good reason. Great location, nuce pool, great breakfast, clean, big rooms and beds and an extremely helpful staff

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights at Lavender Homestay and it was perfect for our needs. We rented two rooms with a king and a queen in each room. The rooms are decent size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is a 3 minute walk into Tam Coc town center and a very convenient location yet far enough away that it was quiet . We rented scooters there and also had laundry done for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is also included and is simple but delicious! The family that owns the homestay are some of the nicest people we have met and made us feel at home there. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.

Very friendly and helpful son. However there were construction next to the pool and Room. Other than the son, nobody spoke a single Word of english, and unfortunately he wasnt there all the time. We had ordered a panorama room, but felt cheated as they are more expensive, but just the same View and Room as standard.

Beau séjour en famille, bons déjeuners avec des fruits frais. Très agréables !

This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay.

sehr nette Unterkunft, schöner Pool (leider schlechtes Wetter, daher nicht genutzt, etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, daher sehr ruhig, trotzdem nach ein paar Minuten im Zentrum, Zimmer groß und guter Zustand - merkwürdig ist die Glasfront zum Bad, kann aber mit Vorhang geschlossen werden (haben wir auch in anderen Hotels erlebt), Besitzer sprechen fast kein Englisch, sind aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
