Barton Cottage Bed and Breakfast

A beautiful location in a quaint, peaceful village. The room was very spacious, with quality toiletries and a great selection of hot drinks available. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. Breakfast was fresh and made with great quality produce. The host was very helpful, offering excellent advice on local walks and places to visit. The Black Dog pub, just a short stroll away, served excellent food.

Location is everything. It sits in a beautiful little village that’s not far from the things we wanted to explore.

A lovely little B&B. Louisa and family couldnt do enough for us. She was very welcoming and gave us top tips for our outings. The room was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent, with a special mention for an outstanding breakfast.

It was an incredible stay. Lovely house, host and food! We could have stayed much longer ! Better than a lot of hotels we’ve stayed at - we couldn’t recommend this enough !

Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem bequemen grossen Bett, viel Platz und auch das Bad hatte eine angenehme Grösse. Es war immer Kaffee und Tee vorhanden und täglich wurden die leckeren Kekse aufgefüllt. Das Cottage ist wirklich ein ganz charmantes altes Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

I had a full English breakfast which was excellent. The location of the B&B suited us with easy access into Weymouth and surrounding areas. Louisa was extremely friendly nothing too much trouble and made us feel verry comfortable.

Everything was to our satisfaction and will not hesitate to stay here again.
