Lokalizacja jest ok. Siłownia w porządku. Wodę można było samemu dolewać z dystrybutora przy windach. Dużo kawy dla kawoszy w pokoju, kapsułkowa.

Zarezerwowałem pokój premium, który w opisie jest pokojem na wyższym piętrze. Dostałem pokój na drugim piętrze z siedmiu. W pokoju brakowało worków na śmieci. Dużo usterek. Zepsuta spłuczka i zepsute drzwi do łazienki.

Ubicación.

En la llegada avise al front desk que el AC no funcionaba. Ola de calor en la ciudad. Se comprometió asistencia técnica, no ocurrió. Al regresar al llegar la noche la temperatura en la habitación era insoportable, no se puede dormir. A las 10.00 baje al front desk a reportar problema y pedir solución. El encargado culpo a su compañera, dijo que llamaría al técnico, no ocurrió Pedí cambio de habitación, pero aseguro que el hotel estaba lleno. Me dijo así: si tanto le afecta abra la ventana. El hotel no estaba lleno, me mintió en la cara, había cinco disponibles en Booking.com y precio rebajado a esa hora. Finalmente,e señaló que siendo cliente Booking.com es otro estándar y que el gerente no atendería mi caso esa noche. Pedí reembolso total para retirarme, negado. Apelo a su intercesión para obtener mi reembolso. No por usar Booking.com soy cliente se segunda. Foto de cucaracha residente. Tengo video y copia de las 5 habitaciones disponibles Eduardo Jofré
