Amazing views from the balcony! Very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and check in/out easy with transfers organised for us. Indoor pool awesome to cool off in. Great basic supplies provided.

Spa pool on the deck needed a good clean and a new top so the filling doesn't fall into the spa.

The host has two rooms available, and I booked the larger one. Communication was excellent—the host responded to messages very quickly. I would strongly recommend contacting the host before both arrival and departure, as she can arrange for someone to help carry your luggage to and from the room. Many accommodations in Santorini are built into or along the cliffs, which means there is often a lot of climbing up and down stairs. If you are traveling with luggage, having someone help carry it is extremely useful. This is actually very common in Santorini. The room features one shower and two bathtubs. The indoor bathtub is very spacious, although the water temperature was not as warm as I would have liked. The outdoor bathtub, however, was fantastic. It overlooks the Aegean Sea, and relaxing in the tub while enjoying the sea view was an amazing experience. Because the room is quite large, there is plenty of space to store luggage and personal belongings. Basic amenities such as coffee, tea, and a small refrigerator are also provided. There is a second toilet upstairs, which makes it very convenient when multiple people are staying together. The air conditioning works very well, and coming back to a cool room after spending time outside in the Santorini heat was a real pleasure. Overall, I have no complaints about the facilities—they were excellent.

Breakfast is served starting at 8:00 a.m. A staff member arrives at that time and begins preparing the food. Considering the price of the hotel, I found the breakfast somewhat disappointing. The bread, ham, and most of the other items appeared to be supermarket frozen products that had simply been reheated. I noticed that several other reviews mentioned the same issue, so I hope the hotel will consider improving the quality and variety of the breakfast in the future. One thing guests should be aware of is that daily room cleaning is not provided automatically. If you would like your room to be cleaned, you need to inform the front desk in advance. It is easy to overlook this, so I would recommend that future guests keep it in mind.

Check-in, breakfast and service was excellent. Even though the service attendant did not speak english she was able to communicate with google translate. She was very helpful including the groom that carried the bags. The view from the apartment was exceptional and the outdoor hot tub was a bonus.

Had to navigate steps and small alleyways to get to the apartment. Was not easy with the 4 pieces of luggage we had. The indoor pool did not heat up sufficiently so we could not use it.

Clean room, friendly service and amazing views!! The rooftop hot tub and indoor jacuzzi were a big bonus! Would definitely recommend!! The staff also helped us carry our luggage’s upon arrival and when departing (there’s a lot of stairs to get to the property, as is with most accommodation in Santorini given it’s built on a slope, so that was a big help)
