Location and staff were great

The location and views of the Caldera

The property was advertised on Bookings.com and seperate bedroom and living room which is completely inaccurate as it it one room it’s the main bed( which was supposed to be in the bedroom?) Seperate by 1 metre from the single bed (In the living room). This is one room, no way to mistake it for two rooms. Extremely disappointing.

Location, in terms of view was fantastic! The balcony afforded a panoramic view of the caldera. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning was a real treat. The hostess was easily reachable by e- mail and was very responsive. Breakfast was delightful. Hot tub was a nice touch. Indoor pool was lovely.

Beware that while the view is amazing, the hotel is not very close to the street so lots of walking to get to and from the top. 2 bathrooms are advertised in the deluxe apartment but one is only a sink and toilet in one of the rooms, literally an arms length away from the bed. The upstairs bedroom is also VERY small with barely any space to put things.

Wonderful balcony. Wonderful breakfast. Extremely easy process, great guidance on where to go for food etc. Looking to return in 2023.

The location was outstanding! The staff were. wonderful. They made getting there a breeze. The breakfast was worth the euro. the view of the sunset was outstanding and unobstructed.

FANTASTIC location with a great view. It's essentially a studio apartment with a semi private view into the Caldera, walking distance to everything that Fira has to offer. The support from the staff was great.

Finding the location was very tricky. Neither google maps or maps with me could pinpoint the exact location. I had to go into a separate hotel and have them come get me to lead me to the property. Once they found me it was smooth sailing though
