Hotel 28 Boise Airport, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Great

The continental breakfast was a plus. The location had me in for a loop, but very quiet and nice! Very closy to downtown, would book here again.

The room was very spacious!

AC full of dust that’s why it smells and for sure we’ve been breathing. Allergy triggered

The property is located off I84 & is about 15 minutes south of Downtown Boise. I would say it’s not very central, but conveniently situated to make going north - or southbound easy to do. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed our one-night stay. Parking is also accessible & safe if you’re traveling with a shorter travel trailer (ours is 14ft.). They have an outdoor pool that was well-maintained as well as a sauna and hot tub. Breakfast was also provided and had plenty of hot items that made it kid-friendly. We’d stay here again when passing through Boise.

I have stayed here before, but unfortunately, this last time had some issues with the smell in the wing and in my room and on cleanliness. My bathroom was great.

The bathroom shower had mildew along the grout line.

Decent hotel but the A/C was not the best. There needs to more places to hang hand towels near the sink and better lighting around the sink. The breakfast was good and staff accommodating.
