Location, super friendly staff, room service and food were amazing. Loved the dinner it was cooked exactly as instructed.

AC needs repair, wasn't very effective.

The hotel charged extra without my knowledge, while the total booking amount was 2430/- but they charged 2722/- . Neither did they inform me about the extra charges. No hot water facilities, no wifi, proper reception or welcome note. It's a waste of money, you get better options, avoid this hotel. Also, it's not near to the US consulate.

We confirmed our booking the day before. We even offered to pay in advance, which they said was not necessary. On the day we arrived, they said the hotel was full and refused to give an explanation. We had to book another hotel right there.
