"Okay, but not okay for the price."

Room walls were really damaged, my room had so bad internet to the point I couldn’t even go on google. AC worked for 5 mins and turned off out of nowhere. When I first came in, the carpet was wet.

The fire alarm came on more than twice during my stay it was so loud and scary then when leaving a staff member asked my husband to kill a huge water bugg walking up the hall my stay was an absolutely terrible experience 🫣🫣😞 Also the staff tried to double charge me for an extra day

Our sheets were not the cleanest there was a opened Kit Kat wrapper under our covers upon arrival wasn’t a pleasant smell once in the room

I liked the private side handicap entrance we have a 7yr old in a wheelchair, even though we stayed on the 2nd floor it was very convenient to use the elevator he Loved the warm indoor pool.

Kid friendly ❤️ Handicappe accessible easy check in No Hassles at all.

I loved the staff. They were sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. They have a spa/pool that we didn't get to experience but it looked nice and clean. They do have an elevator as well to help you get to the upper rooms. But overall very great!
