The gentleman was extremely professional and helpful upon check-in and if we had any other issues!

Elevator didn’t work and reading other reviews. It looks like it hasn’t worked for a while, the hot tub didn’t work either and it looks like it hasn’t worked for a while, the curtains were stained so bad it was gross as were the carpets. Definitely need some updating and it doesn’t look like the owner is putting any money back into the property. The sheets were dingy as well. I doubt I would stay here again.

"RUN LIKE HELL FROM THIS HELL HOLE"

Was charged twice for this damn room and have not been reimbursed because the damn manager is out of town.. Horrible scrappy experience.. The lady at the desk was very insulting.. Worst experience ever

"Worth experience"

Horrible experience. We booked a block of rooms for our dance group. When we arrived we were informed that the elevator was out of service. Our girls pack dance gear which can be very heavy. Not having an elevator was hard. We also saw signs that the pool was closed - the pool beinf something our girls looked forward to. Our room smelled horrible. The solution of the front desk was to come up and spray some perfume smelling air freshener. We tried to cancel but were told we couldn’t get a refund. We asked for a manager, the manager and as busy enjoying time with his family- ok great, but he has customers who are struggling at his hotel. The carpets are dirty, everything is dated. I just want to leave and get a refund!

Breakfast

If you're not moble please ask if elevators are working before booking. My son was still healing from a broken foot and we had to take the stairs up to the highest floor. The breakfast staff lady goes around and is constantly checking asking people for their room number. I had no idea you had to show her a paper thin card that is left in your hotel room. Refrigerator made an extremely loud sound, had to constantly unplug it for peace of mind and plug back in to avoid food spoilage. Room has trash cans but no bags. I will be asking many questions the next time we book, if we do return.
