Golden House were absolutely fantastic and turned a very stressful situation into a great experience. After being let down last-minute by another hotel, we were rebooked here — and I’m so grateful we were. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. A huge thank you to the team for making us feel looked after during a difficult time. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, quality accommodation.

Second time staying here, and I hope to stay again. Great location, and having a kitchen and washing machine is perfect for a longer stay.

Clean, newly furnished, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, but no air conditioner. Quite street, easy check in. Good communication with the owner.

Great location, super clean room, bed and kitchen. I would recommend this place to solo travelers, or couples. Will stay here again if I return for the same festival next year.

Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. In general, the apartment was clean.

It was very noisy from the window, I didn't sleep well. The apartment had a smell of sewerage, maybe due to the fact that no one lived.

The apparment is located in perfect place , close to old city, and the university of wroclav, amenities and all staff was perfect, hosts were on line evsry time, there was an issue with shower and they sorted it out asap.

Just the office where the agency is locatedd is in different place , which is somehow not convenient.
