Red Roof Inn Georgetown, KY

Was woken up at 9AM,to a phone ringing asking if I was extending my stay or checking out keep in mind this is 9AM!!! The heat was stuck on high so it was super hot or cold. Due to the cold breeze coming from underneath the door to then I had to use my bath mat. My family had already accommodated an moved the first room because of no hot water. Keep your money an book elsewhere terrible stay

Lady at the front desk wasn’t the best. She cussed a lot & just had an overall negative attitude you just don’t want to be around. Room smelled foul.. you could just tell they didn’t actually clean from how awful the smell was.

I’m a millwright working midnights at the Toyota plant near by..check out is 11 AM, no late check out. Place is empty..the owner woman calls my room at 1030 AM, and keeps calling me saying it’s checkout time. I look at my phone and look at their clocks..they have their clocks set fast!! No hot water, I froze and at 5 AM... And the electric kicks off sometimes. Terrified of losing a nickel these people and not putting it back into this property.

Staff were very friendly. Place was updated nicely! Bathroom spacious and updated. Nice color scheme. Small rooms, but excellent for the value!

I love the staff, the housekeeping, and the rooms.... But I hate having a cat and there are dogs in the next room... My cats are going crazy and the dogs nextdoor here everything and start barking....All night and day long

The first night of our stay my husband phoned the front desk multiple times due to the continuous barking of a dog in the next room. We were informed that we were in the "Pet Friendly" building. No such request was made by us and we were not informed of that fact at the time we were issued our room. No restorative sleep was possible. In the morning (dog still barking), we were given a room in another building and told that we would received a refund for the first night. When we went to check out the next morning, the sign on the lobby/check-in office door said "OPEN", but the door was locked. We knocked repeatedly, waited several minutes, and finally left. We did not receive the promised refund. We also received no follow-up response to numerous emails and telephone calls to Red Roof Inn. I provided details as requested, but never heard back from anyone, although I was promised a response within 48 hours. Nothing.

Nice place

This is hands-down, the finest Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed at staff were professional, kind, and accommodating. The room itself was like a boutique hotel. I highly recommend this facility and most certainly plan on returning when I come back to the area. Thank you for a really nice stay.

One of the worst experiences ever! I highly recommend avoiding HomeTowne Studios if at all possible. I stayed at the studios section rather than the motel (i.e. Red Roof). Here are the problems I encountered: 1. Once a week room service, although twice was promised 2. Rude lobbyist for check-in! Constantly arguing with customers; then, claiming that he "only works there" 3. Deposit was not mentioned in the reservations; and if credit card was used $5 was not refunded at check-out 4. Location is nowhere near park or walkable to anything but a pizza parlor that is in front of the lobby 5. Coffee is offered in the lobby, but not fresh! 6. My room was not completed! For instance, the microwave was not properly installed; at least a small one was put on the counter. 7. No toilet paper dispenser!!!!! The biggest PLUS for this place was: 1. Rooms were remodeled and clean

Inside and outside needed some cleanup. Happy to have the coffee in the morning but the cups where very small and the coffee was not very good.
