Super eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Küche mit Essbereich, Sofa und großem LED-Fernseher, 2 Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett bzw. Einzelbett), sehr bequeme Betten mit großen Kleiderschrank, riesige Dachterasse mit zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer und Bad über Wendeltreppe erreichbar, die Mitarbeiterin des Reisebüros Bynos, das das Anwesen verwaltet, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Parkplatz direkt am Haus,

Siamo un gruppo di sette persone che dopo aver finito e SelvaggioBlu hanno trovato conforto in questa bellissima casetta. Posizione centrale, vista mare, alba di luna ☺️ Terrazza spaziosa e lavandino esterno, molto utile. Angolo libreria dedicato alla Sardegna, fantastico .

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The large terrace is accessed from the spiral staircase from below or directly from one of the bedrooms. It is a lovely spot for sundown drinks and sunrise views. Very good access to the beach and many restaurants. The local travel agent - Bynos - which manages the property were excellent - welcoming, responsive and helpful in navigating and booking one of the many sea tours on offer. They also went the extra mile as we came to the end of our stay and needed some help with our move on plan.

‘Didn’t like’ would be too strong a statement, but at first we were a bit disappointed by the limited shading on the terrace meaning it was not very usable during the main part of the day. But then realised that this not matter because we were at the beach or taking advantage of the local tours on offer!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Terrasse und Schlafmöglichkeit mit Meerblick. Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, Pflegeprodukte usw alles vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super modern eingerichtetes Appartment, alles neu, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle und bequeme Betten. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse und das zusätzliche Bade- und Schlafzimmer auf der Dachterrasse. Wir sind viel auf Sardinien unterwegs, aber so eine tolle Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie. Gleich gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Super sardischen Essen. Das Meer ist fußläufig einfach zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zu Fuß genug.

Alles ausgehzeichnet

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war fabelhaft. Wir waren drei Wochen in der Wohnung und haben nichts vermisst. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön und die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Ein Highlight wär die riesige Dachterasse mit Meerblick. Wir sind immer in Ferienwohnung oder Ferienhäusern unterwegs und das auch immer für drei Wochen. Dieses war das erste Mal, dass eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten wurde. Die Agentur, welche die Wohnung betreut, war sehr nett und engagiert, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Location

There was only one small foil packet of liquid soap for each guest to last for three night there and not enough toilet tissue, less than one roll. There were no sheets on one of the beds and only one towel to last for three days. Would not stay there again.

Great location (easy walk to beaches, port & shops), onsite parking, lovely outside decks, & helpful prompt communication. Also very good restaurant next door.
