Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha és fürdőszoba. Nagyon kényelmes,tiszta hálószoba. Csendes utca. Parkolás megoldott, ami Rovinj városában nehézkes. A házigazda rendkívül kedves, barátságos.

Sasvim korektan smještaj. Sve potrebno je tu. Vlasnica prijatna, nenametljiva.

Nedostatak svjetlosti, možda malo bolja rasvjeta ako već nije okrenut sunčanoj strani.

We loved both the location and the apartment; we felt right at home. Miranda is a great, friendly host and helps with everything you need. It's close to the beach and the center is just a few minutes' walk away. It's a shame we didn't stay longer; Rovinj is beautiful.

I was very happy to see a bouquet of fresh flowers on the kitchen table. I liked that there was quality toilet paper available. The balcony was very nice. The shop is close by, so I could walk there. There was salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee.. There were also many different small household appliances, but I didn't use them, so I can't list them. It's a nice walk to the center of the old town, about 15 minutes

The kitchen has no worktop and is impractical. For basic holiday cooking it is ok. I am very meticulous and the kitchen was a bit sticky. The shower head is mounted oddly in the corner, so showering is a bit uncomfortable. Bring your own hairdryer if you want to style your hair. There is a hairdryer in the accommodation, but it is mounted high on the wall on the left side and is awkward to use. If you are bigger person, then you will have a hard time using the bed. There is 40cm of space on each side and the room is really small.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to a very good grocery store. Little longer walk to town.
