Not welcoming at all, we had to look for the appartment for a while, and we did'nt receive information the self check in... There is nothing to help in the appartment (no coffee, no soap etc.). I won't recommand

Well equipped kitchen and nice space

Found room a bit dark and sitting outside was not very private. I had room on ground floor.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from a lovely city beach, and there are two shops nearby (a 3-minute walk away). The flat was spotlessly clean, and the host got in touch with us quickly and provided all the necessary instructions. He also arranged for an early check-in at 12:00. We really enjoyed our stay — a lovely flat at a great price.

A cozy and beautiful apartment in a great location in Radinica, which is my favorite apartment block, as well as Bačvice. Check-in and arrangements, including self-check-in, were quick and easy. Across the street from the apartment is a small, nice restaurant Ae with an excellent selection of meals and breakfast at affordable prices considering you are in Split. The atmosphere of a cozy microlocation for relaxation. I recommend the apartment and would definitely come back again so I will make sure to book in time :)

The apartment is very clean, traditional in style, peaceful, and the bedroom has a lovely view across the city. The bathroom is a good size with a nice shower. There’s a recommended restaurant/bar just around the corner and a supermarket nearby. The location is really good, a few minutes walk from the Riva, port and beaches.

We had trouble finding the property and wandered around little backstreets for ages, looking for the place. Unfortunately, Google maps was not our friend in this situation, the taxi dropped us off in an unhelpful place, and the property has no sign outside, plus the number on the door is 3 not 11. So it was initially very confusing! The host was accessible on Whatsapp for advice, fortunately. However, once we’d found our bearings, the location is great - a few minutes walk from the port and Riva. Just ask the host for clear directions! There’s a few steps up to the front door then a long flight to the first floor and another flight up to the bedroom, so this property is not good if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. The bedroom area is very compact but OK for a short stay (we were only there for one night). Some complimentary tea and coffee would be a nice addition in the apartment.

die Kommunikation war leider nicht gut. Infos zum check-in & out waren sehr gut / automatisiert.- für unsere Nachfrage musste ich zwei mal anfragen, weil keine reaktion kam. Eine Lösung wurde mir nicht gegeben und auf erneute nachfrage kam keine antwort mehr!

La casa e' piccola ma bellissima. Un posto dove tornare a spalato. La casa e' proprio nel centro storico.
