Odlična lokacija u mirnom kvartu, na 5 minuta od centra grada i popularne plaže Bač̣vice. Vrlo ugodna mala kuća, ali sasvim dovoljna za kraći ili duži smještaj u Splitu. Ugođaj vrlo ugodan, spoj stare dalmatinske kamene arhitekture sa nizom toplih detalja čine boravak u kući vrlo toplim.

Konumu iyiydi, markete yakındı. Otopark sorunu vardı. Sessizliğini beğendik.

Terlik yoktu. Çamaşır makinası yoktu. Ayakkabı çekeceği yoktu. Banyo hijyeninde sıkıntı vardı.

The location is perfect. Cleanliness was on point. The interior has cozy, rustic, retro vibe.

Communication with the host. I had to switch the apartment in the middle of the stay. I thought I just added additional dates for the same room I booked in the app because the photos were the same. However, it was completely another room, and I kindly asked to check out at 12 o’clock or check in to the new room before 10, because I had a very important meeting right at that time. They didn’t accept any of those suggestions. I had to find a quiet cafe in the city, and I left my suitcase and asked the hosts to put my bag in the new apartment once it’s cleaned. But no, they left it outside, next to the street, not thinking that it might get stolen, or perhabs wet because of rain. I couldn’t believe they just left my luggage like it’s nothing. Another thing: there was no sponge for dishes, but they required used dishes to be washed (there is no a dishwasher either). There are no kitchen towels. There are no shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, even though on the listing it was said there is, so bring your own. I stayed in January, the room was very cold. AC was working, however not right away after you turn it on. There is no AC in the bathroom of course so it was quite cold.

It is in the city center, the location is great. An apartment was very clean. Cute garden.

A lot of stairs. Tilted roof in the bedroom. Very cold bathroom. No kitchen towels nor a shower gel. No wardrobe for clothes.
