Pro: location, lovely airy apartment, small but functional kitchen with laundry machine, nearby food stores, restaurants etc., friendly, responsive host.

steep stairs up 1 floor, no elevator, can be noisy at night from street activity.

A roomy apparent, with z friendly helpful host. It is comfortable & well located. We enjoyed our stay here & would happily return.

The kitchen facilities are a little limited

The location was perfect, close to means of transportation, in a very cute neighborhood, close to the Duomo - the major landmark and other sightseeing spots. We felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment was superb, spacious and beautifully reconstructed so that you have all luxury and still a bit of classical feel to it. There are many little balconies, two of them overlooking the sea. We were very happy with the furniture and the equipment, the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend this place. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and nice.

It’s close to all the key locations and it’s fairly easy to park around the appartment, but the neighbourhood itself is not very pretty.

Probably one of the best communicating hosts ever. Super helpful and attentive. The place is great and the location is too. There was two of us. There is a rental car company 25m away. It was a lovely walk to everything.

[context = I am nitpicking here, the place and the host were great] The photo of the balcony was (unintentionally) misleading, you would never really sit out there for the view but it is cute. Taking out our own trash was not something we are accustomed for units like this in other countries, but it was not a hindrance.

A spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment, conveniently located for the main attractions of Catania. It offers all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable holiday stay. The host always quickly replied to any questions, offering help and advice.

The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The contacless checkin process worked seamlessly. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine. A great apartment with lots of Sicilian charm.

The description of available beds is confusing. There is a very comfortable king bed, and a couch which converts to a double bed. Sleeps 4 max. The experience would have been better if we had actually met Loris
