Fantastisk lejlighed. Udsigten fra terrassen er flot og lejligheden har alt hvad man har brug for. Beliggenheden er også helt perfekt.

ich kann mich nur den anderen schlechten Bewertungen abschließen....nicht buchen!!! wir hatten "room with a view" gebucht...also mit der Dachterrasse und bekamen ein sehr kleines Zimmer in einem ganz anderen Gebäude weil bei unserem Zimmer angeblich die Klimaanlage defekt sei...auf den check in mussten wir auch warten, unter der abgegebenen Telefonnummer nahm keiner ab, zum Glück haben uns Nachbarn geholfen und jemanden inormiert. Unser Ersatzzimmer hatte natürlich keinen Balkon und war einfach nur eng und dunkel, die Tür ging direkt auf die Strasse. Wir haben uns sofort am nächsten Morgen eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und versuchen...bis jetzt vergeblich...unsere 170 EUR zurück zu erhalten. Das einzig gute ist die Lage in Split...

"Apto perto da Riva"

Não tem lugar para estacionar o carro e fica numa rua que não tem como estacionar na rua, tivemos que eatacionar o carro a 1km de distância. Ficamoa em 3 pessoas e quando chegamos só tinha toalha de banho para 2 pessoas. Mas a localização é bem boa, perto da Riva e dos restaurantes.

Beware of the scam. There is only one apartment with a balcony but the owner advertises other apartments with the picture of the balcony and the view. Or she just overbooks and then you get whatever is available, but not what you think you are booking. We booked this because of such balcony but when we got there we had a first floor studio with a small window to a dirty courtyard. There are so many better places in old town and with better locations, this one is just not worth it. Terrible

We tried ringing to arrange check in but on our confirmation email from hotels.com we were given the wrong number, this meant we spent the first hour or so of our trip , stood on the door step in the sun on the phone to customer service. Luckily, the cleaner appeared and was able to let us in, this lady was very friendly and helpful, as well as answering any questions we had. However, she showed us our apartment which was nothing like what we were expecting. We booked this apartment over others because it was listed and photographed as having a balcony. We were put in the ground floor apartment with no balcony or outdoor area, despite the fact that even our confirmation email included a photo of the balcony? Things that can’t be faulted about this apartment is the location, in short walking distance of everything important, shops, bars, bus station, port, town square.This location would be perfect if you have plans during the day and just need somewhere to eat, shower and sleep but it would have been nice to spend the evenings or early mornings on the balcony that we were expecting.

On arrival we were transferred to another facility because the room was double booked. The other apartment was a basement apartment without windows. Can’t recommend.

Booked via Expedia and had been given no means of contacting the apartments to arrange a late check-in. Expedia called, emailed and instant messaged them on my behalf but they did not respond. Upon arrival at 11pm we eventually managed to get someone on the phone who told us expedia had doubled booked and we had to stay in temporary accommodation. This was akin to a bedsit. Why didnt they tell us this sooner or respond to one of my many messages? The next day we were moved to our actually apartment which was ok, definitely not luxury and not worth the price. Another couple were trying to check in that morning and were told that their room was also double booked and they would be staying in the bedsit. Clearly this is a scam. They seem to give the ‘overbooking’ lie to most customers. They are rude and give terrible service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

We were overbooked. Originally to get a balcony room top floor, they ended up putting us in a ground level room in a different area completely with no view. Waited 1 hour to get ahold of someone to check in, then got to the room and there were no bath towels or beach towels like they promise. I had to messaged them at 6:30pm to bring bath towels so we could shower. We never received beach towels in the 3 days we were there. Also, the worst part was when they walked into our room while we were changing with 2 other guests (that they also overbooked) because they didn’t know we still had the room for another day. Completely disorganized and unable to run a business. They are extremely unprofessional.

"Basement club "

Advertisement a bit misleading (nicer looking room pictures with balcony). All fine after requesting extra sheets, towels and water cooker. Basement feeling (family room)
