離火車站與市區主要景點都不遠，附近光吃的玩的逛的就足夠玩好幾天了。 位置在巷子裡，因此晚上11點後十分安靜。青旅主人很好也很健談，推薦一樓的咖啡廳，桑葚氣泡特調超好喝。 必須說這裡是台南市區性價比相當高的旅宿，還能體會充滿古典文化感的老宅氣氛。 有機會可以聽青旅主人講述老宅的歷史，個人認為是非常觸動人心的過程，很高興這些古早的房子即便經歷世代更迭、屋主換人，還是能受到良好的修繕與保存。

畢竟是老宅，想保留古早的氣氛，相對地部分設備會比較老舊，但基本上房間、交誼空間和梳化區都很乾淨舒適。單日房價來說真的沒什麼好挑剔的部分，但如果可以的話，希望梳化區能有一面全身鏡就完美了～

床墊算是蠻舒服的

浴室比較悶熱潮濕，男生浴室都在一樓，算是比較不方便 退房後行李只能放到下午三點，這種限制倒是第一次遇到
