Emplacement calme juste à côté de la plage. Equipe superbe. Le restaurant de la villa est excellent. Merci encore pour ce séjour

Definitiv nicht mehr als 3sterne Ich frage mich wirklich wie hier die sternevergabe gelaufen ist. Bettwäsche, Bäder und Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Boden im Pool war glitschig.

Staff where really good and helped with everything

Estive na Villa para surf em Keramas. Perfeita localização, alguns metros da praia. Quarto confortável. Tem restaurante no hotel o que facilita demais para lanche, jantar. Tem tb o próprio café da manhã. Com certeza voltarei na próxima oportunidade que estiver por perto. Agradeço a equipe muito solícita ! Terimah kasi !!

Great location and great food This place was a good spot to be during the flood in September

The hotel was okay and bed very comfortable but I was surprised the room size was so small and bathroom too big. Bathroom had wasted space, room design not well thought out. What I didn't like was no surface space on night stand. The hotel was very clean and great condition. The breakfast was very good but I asked the waitress if the cook knew how to cook an over-easy egg and she said 'yes'. I got my egg sunnyside up and over cooked, meaning that the yolk was at a medium well. I honestly laughed to myself because my experience here in Indonesia so far, no cook knows how to cook and over-easy egg. I have to reach out to the hotel staff being extremely tentative and customer focused, kudos to them. While I was in the pool I noticed several flying insect nests under the arm of a chair and rattan table, I mentioned it to one of the staff and I was surprised to see they quickly they jumped on cleaning out both furniture pieces. I truly didn't expect such a quick response.

Everything!!! Such a quiet, friendly homely stay. Inis, the manager was exceptional!!! Her kind, friendly and warm manner made our holiday even more special
