Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful (but later on, I found out that they lied).

BEWARE, it’s NOT a 5-stars!! And it’s NOT a villa, it consists of few small rooms standing beside each others!! The room was so small and the facilities were so bad for five stars rating. There was no clothes hanger, and no drying rack for wet clothes despite this is a hotel advertised for surfers. No towel racks either in the bathroom. Only few hooks available in the bathroom. Only one cup and one glass was provided despite this was a two-people-bedroom. Even the coffee & tea container was a used jar. No doormat, so the floor in the bedroom got so dirty as we enter directly from outdoor area. Smelly towels in the bathroom. No fridge in the bedroom. Massage beds were dirty and disgusting, despite the expensive price, and located outdoor with wooden curtains. I can’t imagine being massaged with all the mosquitoes flying around. We ended up having massage in the hotel located next to villa Casablanca. This was not what we expected from 5-stars hotel. We asked to cancel the booking, but the staff said that they wouldn’t be able to reach booking.com within 24 hrs. Actually they lied!!! Booking.com said they could’ve called booking.com for a quick response.

This Hotel prices are affordable and the Villa Casablanca value is high. The location is 2-3 minutes from the beach, and this is a mecca center for people who want the water activities (surfing) or just chill out around the pool area. The staff and especially the manager Anies is doing a great job to make her guests feel good, l will come back... The best pizza in Bali...

The staff were so lovely during our stay here and the restaurant, particularly the pasta was very good. Was a quick walk down to keramas beach. Room was clean and tidy
