A fabulous cave hotel a short walking distance to restaurants, the town and hikes. Friendly, helpful staff who assisted us with tour bookings and recommendations pre the trip and whilst we were there. We enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with eggs to order and wine is available on request if you fancy a drink before dinner if the bar is shut off season. We stayed in the Queen suite which was spectacular. Very clean. On our day of departure we woke up early and the balloons were overhead. The hotel organised private transfers with their driver Ahmet and we also used Ahmet for a green tour and red tour. So lovely to be driven around the sites without being rushed and also to be able to adapt the itinerary. For instance on our red tour day it rained in the afternoon so he made sure we did some inside things like a pottery workshop and also took us to a wine shop that has tastings after learning we like wine. Both days he took us to restaurants that he though we’d like for a light lunch which were amazing. We had an amazing time in Cappadocia and will definitely return. Don’t miss the hikes through Pigeon Valley and the Red and Rose Valleys.

Nothing but some pointers for hotel staff are….the suite was boiling hot and we had to ask to have the underground heating turned down a couple of times but they never actually switched it off. But we don’t like sleeping in hot rooms, maybe that’s not a bad thing for most people and the locals obviously think April is cold. Possibly all cave hotels are hot in April. They were surprised when we asked for the AC remote 😂. Also a stray dog wandered in a couple of mornings and barked incesssantly outside our room. If you dial 0 the night manager will chase it away but it was a bit of a pain as we’d been up at 4am the morning before for the balloons. Surely they could shut the gates? The bar and terraces aren’t open in April which was a shame but we found another hotel nearby where we had dinner who were open for drinks. Finally it was my husband’s 60th birthday whilst we were there and from previous reviews I thought they may make a little cake or at least leave a note. But nothing. None of this would stop me staying there again, just a few pointers for any hotel staff reading this.

Hotel con habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, muy limpias. El personal es muy diligente.

El desayuno no es muy variado pero está bien.

お部屋のWiFi が滞在中全く繋がりませんでした

スタッフがとにかく親切で安心して宿泊できました。看板犬のピクルスも最高の癒やしを与えてくれました。朝食も景色も最高！またカッパドキアに行く機会があれば、是非利用したいです。
