Sky tv would’ve been nice but great stay

The heating in the house was good.

The road noise was loud from 4am. If your use to it probably not a issue

The place was lovely. Very modern and clean

The bed we slept in was super soft. The headboard banged against the wall just sitting on the bed. The pillows were rock hard. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. I also tried ringing the owners as I couldn't find the message with the lock box code and got no call or text back, luckily I found the email.

We were very frustrated with this property. My husband had accidentally deleted the text detailing how to get into this property, thinking it was spam. We had stayed in a couple places already with booking.com and they had always emailed us. We were able to log into our booking.com reservation and the listing gave a contact number for help. We called the number and the person was very rude. He insulted my husband and refused to give him the information and said that we needed to contact Booking.com. Finally, he consented that he would resend the info. We sat in the driveway for 30 mins in the hot sun with 3 kids in the car and nothing came. We finally left and found somewhere else to stay. An email, instead of a text, finally did come through later but we were long gone. Not recommended.
