Location is very convenient

Cleanliness & poor air conditioner

Location of the hotel and cleanness of the room.

Their in-house restaurant is too costly. If you eat there with 4 people in your family, it would cost more than your total stay cost. Their staff is a little bit non cooperative. They don't do anything as per your request. Communication is the biggest problem when you have booked your stay there from any online platform.

Rooms were clean

The staff and the receptionist is rude. They were not hospitable. When I did self check the receptionist looked at me like I talked something that can never happen.. they kept us waiting for more than 15 mins.. My mom didn't have Aadhar card on her.. instead of saying it politely that we need to have Aadhar card he says rudely that you need to have Aadhar card or else we wont be allowed at the property. This happened around 9pm. And they behaved like our booking was nothing to them as we booked from booking.com

Recipeson not good

Nothing was there to be liked accept the location

The Person at the reception do not even smile and welcome the guests. Very ordinary food . very indifferent , Icare not attitude in the staff
