L’estrema vicinanza al centro storico di Hoi An.

Colazione pessima. Al check in viene chiesto di ordinare per il giorno successivo nonostante la scelta sia tassativamente limitata ad una pietanza (dolce o salata) e ad una bevanda soltanto. Scadenti entrambi, tanto da averla toccata la mattina seguente e a non aver voluto usufruirne il secondo giorno successivo. Personale falsamente cortese. Sempre sdraiata sul divano. Ordine e pulizia al limite.

Super lieve gastvrouw, die er altijd voor ons was met een gezellig praatje en kan alles voor je regelen wat je wil. De homestay is super mooi, fijne kamer en goeie ligging in Hoi An (ook super lekkere bahn mi's om de hoek!). We vonden het jammer om afscheid te nemen.

La posizione.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1h30 nella hall senza nessuna risposta... Se fossimo arrivati 2h più tardi, ci avrebbe mandato in un'altra struttura (com'è successo a due altri ragazzi), in quanto l'hotel era in over booking. Infatti la nostra prenotazione sul sito è stata cancellata, nonostante avessimo già pagato l'importo della permanenza, " fortunatamente " non abbiamo dovuto trovare una sistemazione alternativa. Le lenzuola erano tutte stropicciate... Sembravano quasi già state utilizzate.

Rien

La propriétaire Mme Hoang a été très désagréable. Après 6h de route nous voulions juste nous poser mais fortes insistances pour vendre (excursions scooter bus de départ...). Vélos loués mais non prêtés comme annoncé. Linge de toilette non changé, poubelles non vidées. Aucun effort pour avancer le petit-déjeuner de 30 minutes lors de notre départ.

Location and cleaning The lady from the reception is very kind

In my room water was leaking from the ceiling , causing mold I didn’t ask for room change because it was just for 2nights (and already moved once ) But I think you shouldnt give guests a room like that
