Todo, no tuvo nada malo. Lo que más me gustó fue el servicio de lavanderia. Poder dejar mi ropa mientras ellos se encargaban y no tener que ser yo el que lo realiza. Solamente por 40k VND. Desayuno muy bueno

Bonne localisation. Chambre confortable. Bonne communication par Whatsapp.

Personnel très peu existant. Au final les vélos sont payants et nous avons voulu les louer pour 1h c’était le même prix que pour la journée..

Alles wie auf den Bildern. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gute Lage in die Altstadt.

Frühstück sehr einfach und immer dasselbe. Das könnte gerne etwas reichhaltiger sein.

L’hôtel a répondu à toutes mes attentes: gentillesse à l’accueil, chambre agréable et propre, localisation superbe, petit déjeuner simple mais avec l’essentiel, calme dans une micro ruelle

"Staff made us uncomfortable"

Fairly large room and big comfy bed Banana pancakes were yummy at breakfast

The signs to the hotel have legend spelt wrong which was confusing (even to our driver). Although it is close to the centre of hoi an it is in a maze of alleyways which are very easy to get lost in. Upon arrival my husband recieved unsolicited comments on his ezcema and the receptionist was annoyed that we had already been to a (recommended by others) tailor and was telling us we had been ripped off (based on online research and friends experiences we had not…) We were told our laundry would be ready at 2pm - it was not ready until 10am the following day Very bizarrely we received a whatsapp message one afternoon at 2:45pm demanding we return to the hotel by 3:30pm(!!!) to pay for the laundry and also the taxi to the airport the next day. Room was never cleaned Overall we felt uncomfortable and would not recommend
