Calm house Beppukitahama

The apartment has enough space for two people. It's in a nice location, we felt very safe. Hosts are helpful and reply quickly. The place was clean and had good facilities. There are multiple locks inside the door so you feel safe. There is also a nice terrace overlooking the city and mountains behind. The place was very easy to check into and absolutely stress free.

We didn't mind, but there are only steps and most apartments are on the 4th floor, which may be an issue for some people. The washing machines available are communal as well, and are located on the 3rd floor.

Great value. The apartment was large. It was a short walk to the station. While check in was advertised as 4 pm, we were able to check in earlier. The manager met us. He showed us around the premises and gave us some local tips. He was charming.

There is no elevator but the manager helped us. The air conditioner is a little underpowered.

Great location, located in a very central position close to the bus stop and Beppu station. The apartment is big and the facilities are good. There is a lovely rooftop terrace and the staff is very nice! Good value for money.

The rooms are located on the 4th floor, there is no elevator and the steps are steep. The building is very hot. The air conditioning in the apartment was fine, but located in the living room so it was difficult to sleep well. The futon is very basic.

温泉街にあり、飲食店や観光名所も近く利便性が良かったです。夜も静かでゆっくり身体休める事も出来ました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Good localization. Short walk from the station. Fair price for this standard. Big balcony.

Furniture were a little worn out. Same goes for the building itself. It’s not the newest place, but there were no serious issues.

Personnel was very friendly. Free laundry was a great feature! I really enjoyed having a drink on the roof terrace and the apartment was nice and cosy!

I had a cosy little apartment on the big streets' side, so it was a bit noisy, and the sun woke me up in the morning because there was no effective way of blocking sunlight for all windows.

From the path leading to the door to the cheerful and comforting decorations, I was satisfied. Spacious, well equiped, does have a feeling of "home". Self check-in easy and convenient. Common space is elegant and relaxing, with several guide leaflets and maps.

I missed the elevator. Hot water was tricky.
