Calm house Beppukitahama

Good size apartment, there was a desk to work at, the kitchen was good. We didn't get to use the terrace because it was raining the whole time we were here but it looked very nice. This would be a great place to stay long term I think. Check out was very easy.

A bit dated, and the bathroom was a bit small but otherwise great. Some neighbors kept slamming their door.

家族で利用させていただきました。 建物の１階に居酒屋があり、宿泊は3階と4階とありました。 屋上もあり、ライトアップされていますが景色はビルやマンションです。 ちょっとした韓国っぽさが良かったです。 無人チェックインですが、用紙記入だけなのでとても簡単でした。 共用の洗濯乾燥機もあり、洗濯用具にネットもあり便利です。 竹瓦温泉の回数券ももらい利用させてもらいましたが、温泉は良いですがシャワーがないので不便と思う方もいるかもしれないですが良い温泉でした。 近場には飲み屋街やアーケードもあり、出張などのビジネス向けには良いのかなと。 ご飯も郷土料理目的でお店に行きましたが、予約いっぱいで断られたり、子供お断りのところもあるので1時間はぐるぐる歩いて探しました。 コンビニも近くにあり、たこ焼き屋などお店はたくさんありました。 部屋にはケトル、冷蔵庫、IH、電子レンジ、掃除機など家電もあり便利でした。 ちょっとしたプチ旅行などおすすめです 駐車場がないので竹瓦温泉の向かい側に停めましたが、1日で1,300円でした。 他にも駐車場はあるので最大600円もあったので探されると良いかと思います。 喫煙もベランダ、屋上で出来るので喫煙者には良いです。

毎日竹瓦温泉の入浴券をもらえたらよかったですが、それでもまた泊まりたいと思っています。

pros : cheap and clean cons : • this was by far my worst experience in Japan during my one month stay. When I booked (one day before my planned check-in), the manager demanded to know at what time I was planning to check in. I was surprised but happily obliged and gave him/her the precise time (4 pm). The check-in happens in another place (15 min away by foot) which is a guesthouse. I went there by 4 pm and found no one (even though it is mentioned everywhere that check-in time is between 4 pm and 8 pm). Then I tried to contact many times the manager by email and using the form on hotels.com website but no reply until 4 HOURS LATER when I finally got to reach him/her and do my check-in. • a lot of noise coming from the street because of no isolation whatsoever on the windows • a lot of light pours in so don't expect to sleep late

セルフチェックインするためにキーボックスを開けたら鍵が入っておらず、メールに書いてあった緊急用の携帯電話番号に何度も電話をしたが繋がらず、大変困った。

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Mais très peu d'ustensiles pour la cuisine ce qui est dommage

A fully equip apartment with a lot of space, not your typical Japanese apartment. We were very comfortable in our 4 nights of stay. Downside, no lift have to carry our luggages 4 floors up. Else a wonderful stay.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione e al centro, bagno piccolissimo (standard giapponese), bagno fatiscente mal odorante, disguidi al check in per la comunicazione

口コミなく、当たって砕けろ精神で、行きました。鍵の受け渡し場所と宿が別々で、結構繁華街で、一方通行で全く土地勘のない旅行とっては、このシステム難しいかも。旅慣れた若者は良いにして、特定の層の人には、安くて便利と思います。大人3人子供6歳1歳の５人家族で泊ましたが、ベッドの数、部屋の広さ、キッチン用品がよかったんですが、浴室の配水管が不備で、においと逆流は、問題でした。これからの改善点が多々ありますね。いろいろ今後改善が加われば、立地条件スペース的には、良くなるかもです。
