"Treebo should be completely banned by booking.com"

On top of booking.com they have another company called Treebo who ask you to pay money in advance to reserve room. As per booking.com’s words I thought of paying at hotel but the room was not available…even I called and specifically mentioned I will late check in and they agreed for it. If they have Treebo to manage not sure why they are here with booking.com

"Please maintain the property with proper flush and use pesticides for mosquitoes"

Full of mosquitoes in washroom and bedroom. It bit my child on the hands and legs while sleeping. Also the flush didn't work and when informed the hotel staff didn't respond. There were used plates outside the room when we checked in and it was still there when we checked off also.

The staff here provide very good service.

The furniture in the room is not of good quality and the beds are not comfortable. If they change that much, the hotel will be very nice.

I had a pretty good experience, my stay included breakfast, the staff were available whole time for any help.

My stay had a shared living room and the neighbours were disturbing, 24x7 hot water wasn't available but the staff got me a kettle on request, the public transportation isn't easy from this place.
