Showers were not very warm.

Checked in, was given a room. Got to the room, cleaning rags and supplies still in the room trash hadn’t been emptied, beds had been made but the linens were dirty and looked to have some kind of food crumbs and hair on them. Front desk gave us a different room, that room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Had traveled with kids and had come early to do things before a concert we had that evening and spent almost an hour trying to check in to a clean room. We left and stayed else where.

When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation I showed them my email from the hotel from that morning with all the information and itinerary number. He stepped away for several minutes came back and seemed irritated and was unprofessional he put my room key onto the counter. He gave me no information how to get to my room, wifi info, continental breakfast info. That I noticed all.the other guests were getting. I went to my room feeling very unsettling.

The property has been kept up very nicely, but we did find the breakfast to have absolutely no flavor and the breads and muffins offered for breakfast for stale, and the eggs had no flavor. The mattresses seem to be very old and very uncomfortable. The manager was having a disagreement with another kind customer that they should’ve taken to a different room. It was unprofessional by the manager, and what he had to say was very intimidating. Customer was very kind and handled himself very nicely and respectfully.

Hotel was clean, but it has odd smell like old furniture. We stayed four night and they came to clean our room once even though I make sure to remove the Do Not Disturb sign from the door I talked to the front desk people twice about room cleaning. breakfast was too early 6:00-9:00 ( in my opinion). The only good thing hotel is in a good location of The Woodlands, Target, Marshall’s and more also within walking distance you have The Woodlands Mall.

We were staying there as it was close to both Galveston and College Station

Great property. checkin and checkout process was easy.

Very comfortable..breakfast bar was good… kept running out of eggs and needed more yogurt.
