Do atendimento e localização

Café da manhã. Cama extremamente desconfortável, colchão afundado demais, os travesseiros devem ser os mesmos desde o início da pousada, muito ruins. Reservei dois quartos, paguei o mesmo valor e um tinha uma cama enorme e com tv smart e o outro uma cama com colchão horrível e tv que mal funcionava. Café da manhã sem zelo, ovo cheio de gordura. A moça pegava em porta e depois colocava a mão na comida, tirou umas coxinhas de uma espécie de depósito e colocou no buffer do café da manhã, as coxinhas no depósito estavam destampadas… não tinha sequer uma banana frita ou cozida. O iogurte da pior qualidade possível….

Nós já frequentamos o Hotel Recanto do Tomé desde 2021 e sempre retornamos porque é maravilhoso. Amamos a ilha de Maré e a localização proporciona um deslocamento agradável e o retorno ao conforto do hotel.
