We arrived at the place & there was no-one there. We knocked on all of the doors. There was no answer to our 3 tries to the phone number. As we had cycled from Rostock & it was getting dark, we went elsewhere. I was very disappointed that a refund was refused.

The kitchen is a joke, it's impossible to cook there. When we arrived there was anyone at the reception and we were on time for the check in. I had to call them which supposed a charge and the attention was bad. They didn't speak English and I couldn't understand them. Plus, I had to call them like 3 times before they picked up the phone.

Room was clean and well decorated. No bar or restaurants nearby. Strange industrial area behind the property. Steps to carry luggage up. Some broken tiles on steps. Ok for the price.
