"Vidre trencat, molt fred, personal incompetent. Ubicació perfecta."

La ubicació és perfecta. Estàs al centre, a un carrer ple de botigued, ambient i restaurants. Et permet anar a peu a tot arreu.

La noia que end va fer el check-in ens va dir que la porta del carrer es tancava a la nit i no era cert. La porta està oberta 24/7, cosa que no genera gaire seguretat. Tenia una finestra del menjador amb el vidre trencat i passava molt fred. No ens van oferir cap solució. L’anunci posa que té calefacció i és mentida: hi ha tres petits calefactors endollables que gairebé no escalfen. I un d’ells no ens funcionava i tampoc ens van oferir cap solució real. El personal deixa molt a desitjar, no són gens resolutius. El lavabo és molt més vell del que es veu a les fotos.

Me gustó todo pero comentar que la cafetera pierde mucho agua, deberían mirarla

Amazing location, spacious and comfortable

The advert does reflect lift access, which is true after you walk up the first floor stairs, which was challenging with a baby and luggage.
