Excelente localização. Boa recepção pelos anfitriões. Ter ar condicionado foi uma grande mais valia para ter uma noite confortável. As camas eram confortáveis.

Everything was convenient and exceptional! The studio was big and spacious, and the interior is beautifully done. We took so many pictures there! Also, it wasn’t as noisy as I thought it’d be because it’s near the square, we slept well every night.

Can’t think of one. But if I have to nitpick it’d be the tap water tasting bad, but wasn’t too bad tbh.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed — a comfortable bed, a great location, and all the essentials for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Miguel, who went out of their way to be helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Well situated but very loud right on busy plaza

Linen was not clean. Towels had a smell of clearly not having been tumbled dried which is disconcerting. Had to ask multiple time for bed linen that should have been provided. Front door of building was constantly left open - major security concern and operators were not aware until I flagged

It was very handy having the small washing machine and drying rack. The few staff I met in person were friendly and helpful.

Our unit overlooking Ribeira Square was VERY NOISY in spite of closed windows and shutters, with loud thumping music and noise from rowdy tourists going until midnight. The building itself has no sound-proofing. Every argument from the drunken party across the hall and every footstep from the upstairs tenants dancing at 2am came through loud and clear. Although a TV is included, there is no cable and no connection, so viewing is limited to a few streaming platforms. For the mobility challenged, be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to access the lift. The bathroom is serviceable, but dingy and outdated. The living room rug is filthy and should be removed. I don’t like leaving a negative review, but for sedate seniors like us this was definitely the wrong accommodation.
