The first room we got was very dirty and just nasty. The front desk guy ended up moving us to a different room. The shower in the first room was so dingy and dirty.

The location was perfect for us with plenty of choices of restaurants and fast foods. There were also some nearby stores that we shopped at. Ability to walk to some of the restaurant and stores. Overall I can't think of anything we were not happy with including the price!

Nothing. Rude staff & a filthy rooms. Nothing comfortable about staying a the Comfort Inn & Suites.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. The photos online are extremely misleading and make the property appear clean and updated. The reality was very different. Our first room was dirty and had what appeared to be feces smeared on the wall. We requested a different room, and while the second room didn’t have feces on the wall, it was only marginally better. The customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the rooms. When we needed replacement bedding, the front desk employee (who did not provide a name and wasn’t wearing a name tag) was rude and unhelpful. We were told there were no spare comforters available and were initially offered only a sheet. I was shocked that a hotel had no extra comforters for guests. After speaking with the front desk in person, we were offered a handicap-accessible room, but the employee commented that she wanted to keep it available for potential customers while we, the paying customers, didn’t even have adequate bedding. When we entered that room, it had an overwhelming mold smell. Since it was already around 10 p.m. and our children were settled in bed, we asked if we could simply take the comforter from that room rather than move our family again. After considerable pushback, the front desk finally allowed it, but the interaction remained remarkably rude and unprofessional. The room we ultimately stayed in was supposedly “clean,” but it was still unacceptable. We found: * Stained comforters * Dog hair on the pull-out bed from previous guests * Old dog food under the couch cushions * Stains on the walls * Hair stuck to the shower wall * Mold in the shower * A rusty soap holder * Two bottles of conditioner in the shower and no shampoo When we asked for shampoo, we were told only maintenance could provide it. To make matters worse, the online booking information advertised a $20 pet fee, but we were charged $25 at check-in.
