Only muffins and juice for breakfast. When we booked, your website said continental breakfast which normally includes much more.

My room was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet connection. Nice bed too. shower. Love the big t.v. And was peace and quiet.The price was reasonable.

Place and location was ideal.

Was all good.

L'emplacement et le parking

L'accueil austère de la part de la femme à la réception. Nous avons été placé dans une chambre qui sentait mauvais, et qui n'avait pas de micro-onde. Le soir nous demandons au garçon de nuit qui nous propose sympathiquement de demander à changer de chambre le lendemain. Le lendemain je me fais sermonner par cette femme qui me dit "quand il y a un problème il faut venir me voir et pas vous plaindre !". Incroyable... Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et avons du insister car la femme à l'accueil n'avait pas envie. Elle nous place (finalement !) dans une autre chambre dont la porte ne ferme pas, puis voyant que nous n'étions pas satisfaits elle nous trouve une chambre correcte. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas, alors j'ai demandé à l’accueil si nous pouvions avoir un café, la femme nous dit que son patron lui interdit de faire du café sauf le matin, mais ne nous propose pas de changer la machine à café dans la chambre. Le soir suivant c'est le jeune homme à l'accueil de nuit, très serviable, qui nous à proposé du café. Pour le reste : -Hotel vétuste -confort de chambre passable sauf climatisation bruyante -petit-déjeuner minimum (pas d’œufs, pas de bacon, pas de fruit....)

We were immediately met with negative and unaccommodating attitudes from the front desk staff. There happened to be severe weather during our stay, but the smart tv’s in the room had no access to local channels, which meant we were unable to monitor the weather. Room conditions were ok but nothing special.

Can of beer in the bushes. The room door latch was busted. The dresser door was missing, or that space was for a fridge, but either way it was missing. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the bathroom fan was filthy and there was a soap bar wedged in between it and the ceiling to possibly fix a vibration? I'm not sure....

Bed was great.

Shower drain would not drain. Little maintenance stuff. You could tell they had not had a full time maintenance man. Carpet needed a good shampoo as it was sticky. Was expecting more on the breakfast.bar. what was there was decent.

Check in was supposed to be at three o'clock but we couldn't get in our rooms until about 3:45. The TV did not work, the volume kept going away. Behind things could be cleaned a lot better

My room was clean and the price was right. The blow dryer outlet was broken, the 2nd night my key didn't work, and the rooms around me were noisy past midnight. My room was RIGHT NEXT to the stairwell and outside door for the smokers. It was loud and the outer door slammed but didn't latch. NOT SAFE. Maybe a different room within the property would have been better? There was a huge (15 people) party in the parking lot the secong night of my stay. Luckily, it was on the opposite side of the building.

Room had an interesting smell to it and the AC was pretty loud. Overall affordable and comfortable.
