Comfort Inn & Suites Kelso - Longview

Property was clean, staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Our bathtub did drip constantly but it wasn’t a big deal. Also the hook on the back of the door to hang towels was missing. Other than that, rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were unable to get into our room until 3:40. It was still being cleaned. The hot tub was not functioning and no mention of that on website. I would’ve booked someplace else.

The room I was in was super noisy. The housekeeping laundry was next to it and they started running the washing machine early morning around 5 AM. You could hear the traffic all night long. That is on the freeway. I first got in the TV wasn’t working and so I had to have the front desk come down and fix it. The front desk customer service was above and beyond. It was just the noisiness and sleeplessness of the stay that made it sub par.

Nothing worst place, the manger there is a lier a long with the workers. I would not stay here!

The hotel is located next to I-5 so there is some road noise, not too bad though. Breakfast was meh! It was something to eat, nothing to write home about. My tv didn't work, I called the front desk and the desk clerk came down but had no clue what was wrong, I think the cable from the wall (antenna) is missing. So no tv. I would stay here again but it is a little pricey in my opinion. FYI the mexican restaurant next door has amazing food.

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was wonderful, breakfast was excellent.

It was right off the freeway and we never saw another guest.

The first thing we noticed was that the hot tub was under construction and the swimming pool beside it were in THE FRONT of the hotel which is in the parking lot facing a movie theater. Not only that but the swimming area was surrounded by large glass windows so anyone could see right in. Our room had a shower with no nozzle so we couldn’t shower ior bathe. The toilet had huge horrible rust colored stains, the sink had water that would spew out water at different speeeds as the water ran and our remote control was covered in something sticky. Once we turned the lights off, we realized that we were directly in front of a street lamp because light was pouring into our room. At breakfast, even the muffins tasted freezer burned and my 2 year olds refused the food.

Got there to be told since I’m local I would need $200 cash deposit.. staff was pretty rude when I said I wasn’t aware of this. this should have been told to me before I got there at 8pm and not only that pool and hot tub were shut down and there was what looked like blood on our hotel phone. Pretty poor experience and probably won’t be returning. :(

We had a quiet and comfortable night.
