Comfort Inn & Suites Kelso - Longview

Once again - Zach was the man! He had my packet all ready at check in and was on top of things. He really invests in the guest experience.

The pool and hot tub were accessible. I was there with my grandkids who were looking forward to as much pool time as possible. Loved that the mall and Mexican restaurant were close, walking distance.

Somewhat sketchy location, but over all it was a good overnight and two days.

The late night desk manager was welcoming and helpful. The front desk and lobby area were clean and tidy. The room clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I will seek out Comfort Inns after this.

Check-In was great, Zach was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I inquired about the quality of the restaurant next to the hotel, he gave an accurate review and had 15% coupons at the ready which we used for dinner! Room and furnishings - excellent for the price. A good selection of cable channels and movies, very good quality television, remote, and on screen programming guide. There were more than enough AC outlets and built in USB charging jacks! Only negative was the water pressure in the shower was a little low but adequate. Breakfast - food was very, good variety of traditional and lighter fare - the pumpkin spice waffles were great. BUT … the coffee was unacceptable. Tasted like burnt instant coffee, by far the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. It came out of a machine which almost certainly needs maintenance or outright replacement. Aside from the coffee, the only other downside was the lack of an elevator for hauling luggage upstairs. For the price though this place was unbeatable, especially compared to the Best Western that we’re staying at tonight at twice the price and half of the in room amenities.

It was easy located. Quiet, only thing the beakfast times, wasnt convenient For my few day stay. But thats a me issue, not the hotels. I will stay here again.

Nice property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Only drawback was the freeway traffic noise but we expected that.

Rooms and property were clean. Staff was very friendly.

I’ve had to travel a bunch for work this summer. Each time I stay, Zach provides top shelf customer service. He’s consistent in his customer facing approach and goes out of his way to engage with each guest. Truly one of the best I’ve run across in my travels.
