The attention to detail with water bottles and chocolates at each bedside. Everything was nice cosy and comfortable. Sandy welcomed us and provided some recommendations to food spots for that evening. Communication was excellent as it was tricky to access the property with the temporary roadworks. The little videos helped loads. Also the welcoming committee (Furbabies) Nushka and Charlie, were very cute, sweet and enjoyable to play with.

The location is spot on. The italian style of the villa is welcoming. The setting is awesome. The room is adequate. Heated towel rail a bonus. Lovely coffee - take real milk with you. Comfy chairs. Hot shower. Everything super clean and neat.

the layout of the room and its kitchen facilities is awkward. You have to unplug the tv to plug in the microwave with the position of these plugs being very awkward to get to. The fridge is noisy periodically. Microwave on top of wobbly fridge.

Absolutely stunning accommodation that feels like you have arrived in Italy! Spectacular views and location. A great find!

The pillows were terribly uncomfortable, with no alternative option for a firmer/fuller pillows

No hook in bathroom for robes or used towels The spec indicates coffee machine, but they are coffee plungers.
