Everything about this hotel was amazing from start to finish. The friendliest, most hospital people work here who truly want their guests to enjoy their vacation. Bed & linens were SO comfortable! Onsen was relaxing and HOT!

I do not have 1 complaint about our stay. I superseded our expectations.

"Great value and punching way above its price range with the service and food."

Food and service were exceptional, especially for this price range. Food was delicious each meal. Bus stop nearby for easy (but long) access to sightseeing attractions. Nice to have a private bath.

A bit far from the action besides the ferry, but could be a plus if looking for something quieter. Room was a bit cramped.

"温泉アルカリも良かったです！"

白濁の温泉を期待して行きましたが、昨年の台風の影響がまだあって、白濁のお湯は、10月以降になるとのことで、ちょっと残念でしたが、こちらのホテルは、二種類の温泉通っていて、お部屋の温泉も、強羅温泉（アルカリ温泉）に成っていました。とってよ良かったです！美肌の湯ですね。 お部屋は、2○○室でしたが、コンパクトにまとまっていました。（狭め）ですが、ホットドリンクのサービスが良かったです。 お食事の夕食は、フルコースで、楽しめました。 朝食は、ヘルシーでパンのお代わりも出来て、良かったです。　個人的にエムズシステムのスピーカーが部屋にもあって、楽しめました！

"ご褒美のんびり"

お部屋にお風呂があり、そちらも温泉なのが素晴らしい。いつでもすぐに湯が楽しめて食事も美味しくて大満足でした。
