It was a last minutestay as our Flight was rescheduled for the following day. Bill on the Front desk was very welcoming and understood we where stressed and disappointed with the lack of help from American Airlines. We stayed in one of your King Sized rooms. Bill was more accomodating than the AA and did a free late check out for us. We will definately be condisering the Drury Inn in future.

"Just the restful hotel we needed at the end of our trip!"

What a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff did so much to help make our stay worry free. We needed a ride from car rental site back to hotel. They made it happen. Shuttle driver waited and made sure we knew how the airport shuttle worked. The breakfast and dinner crew were friendly. The hotel manager was seen stocking shelves in the “store”, wiping tables during meals, talking with guests. Wonderful hotel!
