Evancy Boulogne-sur-Mer

Nice little hotel. Lots of work was going on when we was there and a strong smell of sewage in the area made it unpleasant in the room

The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals.

Lovely apartment, no wifi due to building works. Location was very convenient to the town and aquarium. Lovely fish market nearby and other farmer markets too.

We turned up and it was a building site with no footpaths or clear parking. Signage was appalling so we didn’t know where to go. It was not clear that this was the case when booking, and it was not appropriate for a young family, so we left for an earlier train home. We have requested a refund but have not received anything from Evancy yet.

Déception pour un week-end exceptionnel ce fut une suite de catastrophe. Toilettes bouchées, pas d’eau dans l’immeuble, odeur forte d’égout partout. Quand l’eau est revenue, c’était imbuvable, très trouble. Nous avons reçu 2 petites bouteilles d’eau pour 4, le 4eme lit pas fait, la 4eme serviette n’est pas arrivée malgré nos relances. Murs avec des traces, pas de tables de chevet, rien pour poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain, portes de douches qui ne ferment pas, on sent un manque évident de finitions. Prix vraiment excessif pour la prestation attendue et photos de l’appartement qui ne correspond pas du tout au réel. Par contre, vue sur le port, la mer et les bateaux.

Un état déplorable, une réservation pas fait comme il était prévu l’état de l’appartement dépitant, des taches sur les murs et les sols, l’état de la vaisselle non nettoyer, le rideau occultant trop petit je suis très déçu, l’odeur de l’humidité dans les couloir et des remontées dégoût dans l’appartement, je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel très décevant je ne reviendrai pas

Appartement premium 6 personnes très confortable, propre et bien équipé. Bien situé, personnel accueillant. Le seul bémol est le secteur environnant qui en travaux actuellement. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
