You have to tell them when you register that you want your room cleaned. My room was not cleaned once while I was there. I made the bed , empied the trash , and cleaned the bathroom . And I had to track down an attendent to get fresh towles. Imange if I stood there for a week , OH MY GOD!!

The location is a terrific one. The cleaning staff members were hardworking. The room was clean but the cleaning perfume was way too strong.

The room had a very strong perfume smell and it was so strong that my colleague and I had allergic responses. The pool was ice cold and impossible to use for swimming. The bathroom is so tiny you can’t easily close the bathroom door. The carpet is old and filthy. Overall the building is not well maintained. Based on photos, I should have known that it was too good to be true.
