"Exceptional"

The clerk checking us in was wonderful! We have a hard time with stairs and I had forgotten to check for a ground floor room. Our was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. She had someone carry our bags for us and asked several times if we were ok. Room was clean and comfortable

This hotel is in transition from a Fairfield by Marriott to. Choice Inn and Suites. There are some rough edges to be smoothed out due to the renovation, but the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Included breakfast is fair to good for this level of hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was spotlessly clean!

Terrible, don't appreciate laying in bed watching to watch TV that is not worth watching, terrible channels and to see a cockroach crawl up the wall.

The Hotel was unkept, smell bad! Humid, the Elevator was not working (wife had a knee replacement) So, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

"Dubuque Inn and Suites good stay"

Room was a little musty at check in, but once we ran the AC for while it cleared out. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but it worked. Staff was very pleasant. Elevator was broken.

"Happy to see re-opening....need to fix a few thing"

We were happy to see our 'go-to' hotel when visiting our college daughter was reopened. Upon check-in, we were notified that the elevator was down. I am recovering from double-knee surgery, not ideal. Suggestion- reserve some rooms on the first floor for these situations???? When we go to our room on the second floor, it was SO dark and hot. We opened the curtains and turned on the air. The room cooled down after awhile.

A drink in fridge so old that it had mold in the inside. The bathroom had mold, the light didn’t work, elevator broken, and staff was smoking outside the door
