בקבלה היו מאוד שירותיים וניסו לעזור

הזמנתי יחידה מסויימת ובפועל קיבלתי דירה אחרת כי היתה הזמנה כפולה לאותו חדר. הם הזיזו אותי לבניין אחר רחוק יותר וקיבלתי חדר גדול יותר אך לא נוח בפועל ישנתי על הספה בסלון ולא במיטה הזוגית. לבניין לא היתה מעלית והיחידה היתה בקומה שלישית והיה קשה לעלות ולרדת. ביקשתי לעבור למקום אחר אך הם טענו שאין חדרים פנויים

Apartment was nicer than expected, easy to find, and easy entry thanks to the clear instructions and video from hosts. It was very clean, nicely arranged, soothing colors, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was also in the heart of the city where we wanted to be - could step right out the door and walk everywhere we wanted to see. The hosts are a short walk away, which we found, and they were superb. So helpful with any information we requested, and even set us up for an extra night when we decided to go on a wine tour. Extremely friendly and cordial. It's as if they anticipate any desires or problems one could have, and resolve them beforehand. This would be my place to stay again the next time.

Location was perfect and the room was well kept and clean.

Beautiful property - finishing as vaulted ceiling - opening of windows - very clean and great location . There is a street of bars starting g kitty corner to address so need to keep windows closed at night as it can be loud till 2-4 am. With windows shut- reasonable
