Drury Plaza Hotel St Louis Union Station

The kickback was a fun bonus! Staff was great! Comfy beds. Location was perfect for a weekend stay; did use car for zoo, botanical gardens, and arch but the drives were all very quick. Union station across the street was a fun way to spend an evening with kids.

We were on the 7th floor, but the elevator that went to the 7th was not working, so we (and everyone else on 7) took the elevator to 6 and then had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 7th, and then had to carry our luggage down the stairs to 6, where we took the elevator down to 1 when we were leaving.

We were going to the Fabulous Fox Theater, and this was the closest Drury to the Fox Theater. It was under 2 miles away. Also hadn't seen Union Station in a few years so was interested in the upgrades there.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming we decided right then that Dury is the hotel chain for us.

We were really bummed about the pool not opening and wish we would have been told at check in that we could have gone to a different Dury property to swim. We only found out late into our stay. Honestly, the rest of our experience really made up for this hiccup.
