This is a nice small cottage kind of feel property, with the best breakfast and helpful staff.

The property is self sufficient but here are some recommendations to make it better, mattress springs can be felt and hurt, need more lights in the room as it is dark in many spots, the toilet due to septic system does smell so a odorizer should be helpful, and matts outside the entrance door and inside should control sand from coming in. Change picture of the deer to beach and water and add a side table to keep things outside.

Luis and his wife Maria are very attentive to your needs. They help us arrange excursions and a taxi to the airport. We had such a wonderful time on the island, but my favorite memories will be the delicious breakfasts served each morning at the rooftop bar. I wished we could stay longer and we hope to come back very soon!

Perfectly located

upon arrival we were greeted by check-in staff (Luis) very kind, and friendly he showed us our rooms and was quite helpful by explaining us the breakfast times and other relevant information Breakfast area was very nice, with a great vier Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, well prepared meal and fresh brewed coffee. Owner also greeted us and shared a good time of his with us location was very good as it allowed us to visit near by beaches and places Closet space and mini fridge were good addition

doors were a bit tricky, but they did work well. TV (to my knowledge) was only by Netflix or streaming, but still who travels to beach hotel to be on TV

The staff received us with a smile, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast is simple yet very good. Nice coffee, fresh fruit, and a great view from where breakfast is served. Proximity to the beach and other restaurants and bars is very good as well. We were honored to meet the owner, very easy going and relaxed, very polite and we had a good conversation over breakfast.

The location was great. My husband and I went to enjoy Lobster Fest so this Bed and Breakfast was in the ideal location. Literally right behind all the action. The cabin offered wifi, and AC. It was clean too.

Although the cabin resembled the pictures I was kind of expecting something a bit more polished. I knew the cabins were small but the pictures online made it look a little more modernish. I believe they had good angles in the pictures. Either way the room was clean and the bedding and towels were clean. Our host Jose was nice but he does have 3 large dogs that are on the property. Upon arriving we were a bit startled because they were guarding and barking the entrance like crazy but honestly they are big butter balls. Such sweet dogs once you get it the gate and they just melt when you pet them. I have 2 large dogs at home so I wasn't scared but if you are afraid of dogs this may not be the place for you. As mentioned, the stay was clean however it is a little older so if you're looking for something more modern this is not it. The bed was not very comfortable either. It was VERY firm but I believe that to be a thing in Belize. For my 10 day stay in Belize, I visited different villages and stayed at a family members house. Not one bed was comfortable. All were very firm so the bed situation is my personal complaint (and my husband's lol).

We really loved this place! Initially we were concerned because we couldn't find it - but that was my fault because i didnt see the email. You have to walk along the edge of the community soccer field to get there. But, once we got settled we absolutely loved it! The owners have the sweetest dogs - they were a highlight for us (we were seriously missing our dog). Everything was comfortable and close to everything. Plus, we got a front row seat to the local soccer games from our porch! Seriously, the pups were our favorite though 😁
