Las instalaciones están impecables muy lindo

En el desayuno nos sirvieron una parte, pensábamos que luego iban a traer los huevos revueltos a lo que le pregunté y la moza respondió que se los tenía que pedir... Le dije que no sabía que funcionaba así, se los encargué y de ahí hasta que nos retiramos su humor cambio bastante ya que le dábamos las gracias y no nos respondía...

Truly amazing value. Wonderful, welcoming staff (speaking some English). Room very clean with big, comfortable bed, very quiet; nice pool and lounge area, complementary pool towels. Excellent restaurant, beautiful grounds. Complementary wine at reception, breakfast included. Winery adjacent, but we missed the tour, which was only during one time slot on the day we visited. Other days had multiple time slots. (We will return for the tour.) In-room refrigerator/freezer which was already cold upon our arrival, including bottled water. Excellent shower, good water pressure and temperature. Plus, they gave our 2 dogs absolutely DELUXE accommodations in the room with us, including 2 huge dog beds, 2 bowls each, and generous treat bags. The staff was also very friendly with the dogs, which we appreciated. The dogs were welcome at the restaurant, both inside and out.

Well, the tv wasn't very high resolution, and that could be improved upon. Also it was across the room from the bed, with no extendable wall mount; it was flat against the wall, so the position couldn't be adjusted. Also there were no bedside tables, just a platform on either side, too low to be of any real use. The in-room coffee maker had a QR code on it, supposedly for operating instructions, but the code only took you to advertising, not instructions. I was able to Google the instructions on use, however, and appreciated that coffee could be had almost immediately. I would just recommend that they just print out the operating instructions. Also, the bath towels were a bit frayed. I understand that they get a lot of use, but a quick trim of the edges would have presented a more tidy appearance. Finally, ants -- outside, not in, thankfully. I know ants live outside and one can't eradicate all ants, but at least some control at the pool area would have been nice. Overall a wonderful, relaxing experience, we HIGHLY recommend.

Una atención Excelente!!!!

Con la "excusa" de participar en la BTT do Condado de As Neves, repetimos visita por su ubicación excelente, en plena naturaleza. Relax, desconexión total y un gran restaurante asegurados. Atención del personal de 10!! Incluso nos abrieron el desayuno un poco antes para los que ibamos a la prueba deportiva. Gracias!!!

Por decir algo, hubiese preferido hab en la planta baja, me parecen más cómodas para ir a la piscina y guardar las bicis que las de la 1°
