Paul the landlord was so accommodating he went out of his way to please us. Unfortunately we had to leave early so we did not have the Breakfast.

The breakfast was plentiful, the room comfortable and the owner hospitable.

Fairly priced, in an ideal location and hosted by very welcoming staff.

Great little place. nice bed with comfy pillows. The iron bed squeaked when I turned over and the foyer lights shone through the room door, but apart from that, it was very nice. The host Paul was great. The breakfast was lovely and he loaned me an iron and ironing board.

There’s easy access for restaurants around the property.

Very helpful landlord, great position in Stockton Heath with lovely bars and restaurants close by. Room was quite tired, too warm and very noisy from road if window was open. There was a ceiling fan which we had on but it clicked all night. Not a good night’s sleep.
