Location is great!

The bathroom is really small, especially the shower

Buona posizione, situato vicino al centro storico e a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio, comunque in zona tranquilla. Struttura piccola, ma carina e ordinata.

Rubinetto del lavandino con poco flusso d'acqua e con maniglia rotta. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma sono dentro a contenitori grandi ma praticamente vuoti al mio arrivo, nonostante sia stato richiesto il riempimento, non è stato fatto. Colazione appena sufficiente, succhi quasi finiti, latte finito e non sostituito. Sembra manchino anche alcune cose, c'è un tostapane, ma non c'è pane. Nel frigoriferino è presente una sola confezione di yogurt e comunque chi non arriva presto potrebbe non trovare più quello che vorrebbe mangiare/bere. Inoltre le merendine confezionate che sono proposte in alcuni casi sono chiaramente vecchie. Si consiglia quindi di rifornire meglio e magari con prodotti un po' più di qualità sia la colazione che le stanze.

The location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to all amenities. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures.

There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room. The router is located on the third floor, and the rooms on the first floor do not receive any signal. I contacted the property to ask about this, and they told me to go upstairs if I needed internet access and suggested that, instead of staying in the flat, I should enjoy the outdoors. This is not a professional response, especially since the listing clearly states that Wi-Fi is available and I paid for a room with that expectation. Additionally, the booking mentioned air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning unit in the room. When I contacted the property again, they said it was too early in the season to use the AC. However, there was not even a split unit installed in the room, so this explanation did not make sense. There is clearly a need for greater transparency to ensure that the listing accurately reflects the actual conditions of the property.

Il titolare ha sbagliato lavoro...al telefono sempre con fare altezzoso e precipitoso...la camera sporca e rimediata e rattappata

Posizione ottima, letti comodi e camera pulita

Bagno della stanza con letti singoli piccolissimo, con doccia a pavimento (il bagno si allaga dopo ogni doccia), senza bidet . Colazione con prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità, siamo andati ogni giorno al bar

La struttura risulta accogliete…

Faceva molto caldo, senza possibilità di spegnere il riscaldamento o accendere l’aria, la televisione non funzionava e nessuno ci ha avvisato, o fatto una sconto, o proposto altro, dopo aver fatto notate il disguido…
