Ubicación inmejorable y el hotel muy integrado en la naturaleza y acogedor

La habitación de la zona E pintoresca pero al ir a correr las cortinas se desplomó la barra, que estaba apenas sujeta y la coloqué como pude. Los precios de los tour son muy abusivos, incluso por rutas que puedes hacer por tu cuenta sin necesidad de guía. Les pedí que me ayudaran con mi traslado a Buon Ma Tout y fueron serviciales, pero me hicieron pagar allí el taxi y el bus allí y me triplicaron la tarifa de ambos. Reconozco que el servicio lo valía, pero en otros hoteles me lo han hecho como favor.

-Großer Bungalow, leider hatten wir trotz einem gebuchten Bett zwei bekommen, dadurch war der nutzbare Platz wenig. - Poolanlage ist schön

- Hotel ist nicht fertig, überall halb fertige Gebäude und Anlagen - Bidet tropft, dadurch Schimmel und Modergeruch (und ein Wurm) im Bad (siehe Foto), Reaktion der Rezeption war: "No Problem" - Waschbecken außerhalb des Bungalows - kein Mülleimer im und vor dem Bungalow oder im Bad - Tür schließt nicht sauber (siehe Bild) schlecht im Moskito-Paradies - Moskito-Zelte voller Blutflecken und Löcher(siehe Bilder) - Kein Kaffee zum inkludierten Frühstück, diesen müsste man im überteuerten Shop direkt vor dem Restaurant kaufen - Saft beim Frühstück nur ein Drittel gefüllt (siehe Bild), ich würde mich schämen, einem Gast so etwas hinzustellen Wir sind froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier waren.

La posizione sul fiume

Die Green Bamboo Lodge liegt direkt neben dem Nationalpark. Mit der Fähre ist man in wenigen Minuten im Park.

Überall auf der Lodge wird gebaut, dadurch wirkt alles etwas schmutzig und ungemütlich. Wir haben das Bungalow gebucht, es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad wirkt schmutzig. Die Betten sind sehr hart.

Great location, pool and vegetarian option in the food menu.

Most staff had very rudimentary English skills so it was very difficult to communicate and understand the tours they offer or converse with them. I had issues with my toilet flush but the facilities were very good otherwise

Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss und nah beim Nationalpark

Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Kaffee nur gegen Aufpreis Pool ist Baustelle, auch sonst viele Baustellen in der Anlage

- Really close to the entrance of the national park - a few minutes walking - Quiet, peaceful, nature (in the cabins) - Massage place part of the facilities - They provided water - Mosquito nets also provided :-)

- One thing I was really missing here were hammocs! And I saw plenty elsewhere. What a missed opportunity - The fridge in the room was insanely loud, I advise to turn it off - I think the shape and material of the A frame and the setup are a tiny bit impractical. The wood really retains the heat and the bathroom at the back with lots of empty space but then the sink outdoors... a bit weird. But it doesn't matter because it's functional and comfortable, this is just a minor detail

Everything was perfect for a wonderful stay. The lodge has a fantastic location close to the park, with beautiful, relaxing river views from the bungalows, balconies, and hammocks. The staff are incredibly kind, always helpful and welcoming, although their English can sometimes be a bit limite. The reception makes everything easy by helping to book park tours and arrange transportation from Ho Chi Minh City and to Dalat. The food at the restaurant is delicious, portions are huge ! If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the city this is the perfect place to go !

Except one of the receptionist who is really efficient, the rest of the staff doesn’t really understand English and it’s hard to get what we asked for. The bathroom is a little too rustic.

L'emplacement prêt du parc national. Lieu atypique avec la rivière au pied des logements. La piscine est originale. Un salon de massage fort appréciable avec un personnel compétent et gentil. Le restaurant est simple mais très bon

L'hôtel est vieillissant avec des travaux non achevés. Une passerelle en construction qui engendre quelques désagréments sonores.
